Pre and post conferece offers
In connection with conferences, it is popular to offer the participants pre and post tours. Arctic Buss Lofoten can assist you with arrangements in our area.
Examples of pre and post tours in Lofoten and Vesterålen:
Whale watching and Lofoten
Day 1
Arrival at Harstad / Narvik airport Evenes, bus transfer to Andenes (approx 4 hours) or arrival at Andenes airport
Also possible is bus transfer Tromsø-Senja-Andenes from middle of June to beginning of August (approx 3 hours + ferry Gryllefjord-Andenes, approx 2 hours)
Dinner and overnight at hotel
Day 2
Breakfast
Whale watching! Includes guided tour at the whale center, guided boat tour to the whale field, light meal on board and participating diploma (approx 5 hours)
Bus transfer to Sortland (approx 1.5 hours)
Dinner
Bus transfer to Svolvær (2 hours)
Overnight at hotel or in rorbu cabins
Day 3
Breakfast
Bus transfer to Storvågan (approx 15 minutes) and entrance at the Lofoten Aquarium, Gallery Espolin and Lofoten Museum
Bus transfer Storvågan - Henningsvær (30 minutes)
Lunch
Entrance at the Gallery Lofoten House and time to spend in the fishing village
Sea Eagle Safari w / RIB boats back to Svolvær (approx 2 hours)
Dinner and overnight at hotel or in rorbu cabins
Day 4
Breakfast
Bus transfer to Harstad / Narvik airport Evenes (approx 3 hours) or departure from Svolvær airport
The tour can be customized pre / post and carried out from late May through August.

Time to spend in the fishing village Henningsvær, with its many unique and small niche shops and cafés, Gallery Lofoten House w / multimedia display, Ocean Sounds research center for marine animals, candlemaker, photo exhibition, pottery and glass production
Dinner and overnight at hotel or in rorbu cabins
Day 3
Breakfast
Bus transfer to Harstad / Narvik airport Evenes (approx 3 hours), departure from Svolvær airport or bus transfer to Tromsø (about 6 hours + time for lunch)

Lofoten

Arrival Bodø airport and bus transfer to the quay
The Hurtigruten ship Bodø - Stamsund (approx 4 hours), or ferry Bodø - Moskenes (approx 4 hours)
Alternatively, arrival at Leknes airport
Bus transfer to place of destination
Dinner and overnight in rorbu cabins
Day 2
Breakfast
Sightseeing with bus in the western part of Lofoten incl guided tour at the Norwegian Fishing Village Museum at Å and in the fishing village Nusfjord
Lunch
Bus transfer to the Lofotr Viking Museum
Guided tour and Viking feast, with the chieftain himself as host
Bus transfer to Henningsvær, Kabelvåg or Svolvær (45-60 min)
Overnight at hotel or in rorbu cabins
